Ehlers Danlos Sponsored walk

A friend of mine, Rozz, is helping to organise a charity fund raising sponsored walk in aid of Ehlers Danlos syndrome.
You may be asking what the hell is that? And to be honest before I met her I had never heard of it either.
But I have seen and heard of  the effects that it can have on a person. It is a genetic disorder with no cure, only a treatment of pain management and physiotherapy.

For a fuller description of the condition here's a Wikipedia link, Ehlers_Danlos (I'm no doctor and this way any incorrect info is someone else's mistake not mine).

I myself have had Arthritis from an early age (early to mid teens) which is steadily getting worse. This has always been an inconvenience to me and has brought me a fair bit of pain and discomfort over the years. In comparison to a person with EDS though I have been living in a wonderful mobile pain free world. I can aspire to be as positive and forward looking as Rozz.

She has magnificently arranged several of her friends to walk 131miles from Wallasey to Banbury (many will be wearing Zebra costumes/print clothing (EDSer's = Zebras))
Here's an approximation of the route

And here is where you go to help and donate, with a break down on the right of who the money will be going to help;

A group of my friends have offered to do and be involved with a sponsored walk in support of my illnesses, I suffer from Ehlers Danlos syndrome (EDS). People diagnosed with this connective tissue disorder (EDSers/Zebras) can be affected in almost every system within their bodies, organs, skin, joints, tendons, the list is endless. It is a very debilitating and painful condition which to date there is no know cure, all that is available is pain killers and physio which only makes the pain tolerable.

Help those Zebras get the money they need. Every little bit helps!
